An App that just starts counting when you start fasting & doesn’t ask you a bunch of stupid questions!! Freaking Finally!!

I like this fasting app -it is simple. Keeps a record of your fast but unlike other apps it counts up so you can extend your fast should you decide. It also keeps a list of your fast days and times  so you can track your patterns.   The only negative might be that you have to get used to the controls. It takes a few minutes to figure out how to re-start the fast when you want.  It’s so simple it’s easy to overthink. Overall I really like it.
