This app is mediocre at best. After attempting to use this app for the last couple months I’ve reached out to the company multiple times to cancel my subscription and have not heard back. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!

I use fast notes daily and it works well for its purpose. Unfortunately the customer service for the app is horrible. I have asked for months for them to add a simple logo to the top of my letters and have had to send email after email and still have not had it completed. Beware of the inability to have problems addressed before signing up.

Nice and fully featured application, well designed with multiple options for integrating with different software platforms. Runs well and looks great,however.....  $999 a year or $99 per month is ridiculously over priced

Fairly easy to use
Some issues regarding customization but company is very responsive and willing to help modify

I signed up after a week trial- I thought it was worth the cost

After trying it out I decided to subscribe. I have to say that it is the best investment I have made this year. It saves us from transcriptionists and definitely saves me time in the office. Love it and the company is great about updates and responding for help. Great software. Great company!
