Took a while to learn all the works quirks, but eventually the tasks became smooth. I’ve created and saved so many folders with vital information easily accessible by my family in a moment of need. Then the app began glitching. Updating wasn’t an option. Like so many other apps with these symptoms, a quick uninstall and reinstall was the fix. I uninstalled the app only to learn ANY AND ALL WORK SAVED WOULD BE GONE. INACCESSIBLE. LIKE IT NEVER EXISTED. YEARS OF SCANS, UPLOADS, SAVES AND EDITS— VANISHED. This has been one of the worst setbacks experienced. ### 1/5 — Don’t upgrade *2025-12-30, version 3.8.9* I purchased the Pro version a couple of years ago. I really liked it. I recently upgraded my phone, and even though I have the same Apple ID, I am now getting constant ads and pop ups, and requests for me to upgrade to Pro. I’ve messaged them and gotten no response. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Your app has grown very poorly *2025-12-18, version 3.8.9* I have no idea why whatever upgrades you’re doing to this don’t take on my new model iPhone, you insist on doing an upgrade before hitting send, you give me garbage Marketing pages that I don’t want to fall through. I just came here to send a scan. Please get with it and make these things more easily updated. After all, this is just a glorified fax machine of technology going back decades. Please stop making it so difficult to use.
