However, as for the app itself, it needs a lot of work, because the map is not very accurate in terms of time and location of the worker. also, it doesn’t show you or give you any prices ahead of time for the work that you need to be done and you also can’t choose what you want to be done. even after the work is done, it shows that the driver is still on the way and everything was completed. The service itself was good but the app itself is bad. ### 1/5 — مستوى آخر من السوء *2024-08-28* لاحد ينزله فاشل جدا واسعاره غالية وخدمة العملة ماعندهم غير جملة ان شاءالله مسؤول الصيانة حايكلمك بعد ٣ ساعات وصل الفني وبعد ساعتين صلح بسعر عالي ولا في فاتورة ولغى الطلب منالابليكشن والحين صارلي اكثر من اسبوع ناطر مسؤول الصيانة يعطيني فاتورة واخر فلم التكييف اخترب مرة ثانية وصارلي يومين ادق عليهم على كفالة شغلهم ونرجع ونقول مسؤول الصيانة حيكلمك واقبض من دبش فاااااااااااشلين لحد يقرب مت التطبيق ### 1/5 — تطبيق فاشل *2024-08-24* تطبيق فاشل والعامل اللي يبعد عنك ٦ كيلوا يوصل بعد ساعتين وخدمة عملاء ما يردون ما انصح فيه كلش ### 1/5 — عدم ترتيب وعدم ات *2024-08-18* التطبيق مو شركة ، منصه تجمع عمالة (شيرنق) تخبط وكل عامل يتصل يبي الشغل وكلهم تاخروا. ولا يوجد فيه خدمة عملاء او طريقة تواصل مع الادارة.
