VBTを約3,000円で利用でき、費用対効果は良好と感じられる。
精度について懸念があったが、実際の使用では満足できる結果が得られた（動作環境：iPhone12 Pro Max、iPhone15 Pro Max）。ただし、端末の発熱が見られたため、ある程度の処理性能が求められる可能性がある。

画面録画で確認したところ、骨格トラッキングの精度は高く、背景が複雑な24時間ジムのような環境でも問題なく計測が可能だった。
一方で、運動時のカメラ位置や角度の指定があり、これらを正確に設定できる環境でなければ計測の信頼性は下がると考えられる。

アプリの日本語版では一部説明が省略されているため、英語版の説明を確認してから利用すると理解しやすい。
例：ベンチプレスにおけるカメラ設置位置の指示で、日本語版では「頭方向から」という記載が抜けている。
	•	英語版: 「Place your smartphone at the head side, 1.2 meters from the center of your chest and 60 cm above the floor.」
	•	日本語版: 「スマホを手が見える位置、胸の中心から1.2m、床から60cmの高さに固定し、ベンチプレスを開始してください」

なお、高価なVBTデバイスを使用した経験がないため、他製品との比較はできない。

・誤計測のレップを手動で弾く機能
・挙上速度計測と並行してトレーニングを録画する機能
があると嬉しいです。
