APPLE WATCH, WIDGETS, AND HEALTH
Start from your iPhone and stay oriented from your wrist, widgets, Lock Screen, or Live Activity. Apple Health is optional. When you grant permission, Fasta can read weight, water, sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, active energy, and blood glucose as optional logged context, and can write water and weight entries you log in the app. Logged context is not a health or fasting-safety assessment.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Fasta does not require an account, does not show ads, and is built around local device storage. Your core fasting data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
