He also gave me a promo for it. I am roomies with my friend so I told her to order stuff for herself and I order stuff for myself. We are two different people which I don’t see why I can’t use the same address. I didn’t see the policy posted out, it should have been more clear when using the promo. Promo is always told from a friend to another friend to another friend. Will they always tell you what the policy are? No, if you have such strict policy of one per household, then you should have stated before we finished ordering. Customer service, yes they answered fast and they explained to me of the policy but why let it happen first and then tell me of this policy. I was excited to use the app but sadly, I don’t think I will anymore. Also, it kept crashing on my phone. Every time I’m looking at something it crashed. Every time I tried to check out, it would crashed. Every time I tried to put something in the cart, it would crashed. Anyways, I gave it 2 stars caused it looked good and that quick response. Other than that, No use. ### 2/5 — orders cancelled without notice *2021-07-24, version 1.0.16.1* Glitchy app that crashes often. Worse yet is that they will cancel your order without telling you. So you're waiting at home for an order that will never come. You find out when you contact Customer Service. Badly managed delivery service. ### 3/5 — Cool concept but not ready for prime time *2021-07-21, version 1.0.16.1* I LOVE the idea of a well curated delivery-on-demand “dark store” that highlights indie and minority-owned businesses, so I was excited to try FastAF. The app is usually sold out of more than half of the (already-limited) products, and several prices are a little higher than MSRP. It also glitches and crashes frequently for me, though thankfully the cart is saved. On my order, the initial delivery estimate was toward the earlier side of the 2-hour window I selected, but as that time approached it was changed without notice to an hour later. Not a deal breaker, but frustrating for planning purposes. ### 3/5 — App freezes - *2021-06-13, version 1.0.15* I had to start over several times app freezes and gets stuck then closes ### 5/5 — Wonderful App *2021-05-25, version 1.0.14* Easy to use and efficient! Will definitely use again! ### 4/5 — Missing items *2021-05-17, version 1.0.14* I was excited to use the app because it was recommended to me by friends, but was sorely disappointed. Only two items from my order came out of eight total, and I haven’t received any information from them. I was hopeful to test out the app but had a really disappointing experience. Update: Their team handled the problem very quickly and I was able to receive credit to order again. Overall very satisfied with the quick delivery and resolving of problems. ### 1/5 — BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE *2021-05-07, version 1.0.13* If customer service is important to you, get these awesome brand items somewhere else! FastAF screwed up my friend’s order (didn’t follow delivery instructions) and she didn’t get her item. We both contacted FastAF for help and all they said over and over was “we are not responsible because the item says it was delivered.” Over $50 in the toilet and 3 hours wasted. Please save your time and money - shop somewhere that will take care of you when they screw up. ### 1/5 — terrible service and extremely unethical practices *2021-05-04, version 1.0.13* Delivered my order with missing items, and did not adjust my tip, and did not even notify me that the items were out of stock. Would not give me additional credits. Told me to order again without paying the driver a tip, which is extremely unethical during covid. Impressed with the customer service! ### 1/5 — Order inconsistency *2021-05-03, version 1.0.13* I really liked the notion of this app and what it solves for also the actual inventory. I recommended the app to a few friends. ALL of us had items missing when the order came which leads me to believe it wasn’t the delivery person but faulty software. The key to keep a delivery app running is to DELIVER the items request. It would’ve been fine if it were 100 of items but we all bought a bag of maybe 2-4 items and to even have one from the order missing is just plain bad customer service. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Save yourself the trouble *2023-01-06, version 1.0.20.16* Have been texting to customer service for months to use the money in my account wallet. This amount was a refund applied to my wallet after my first order never arrived and I have been trying to use it since. Every week they tell me the fix will be this week. There is no other option for escalation or for me to get access to this money. I am considering the money gone at this point. There are other apps that will get you goods, to use this one is to risk losing your money if there are any issues with an order. ### 1/5 — SlowAF *2022-12-02, version 1.0.20.16* This app is very slow and requires a lot of bandwidth to run properly. I have 60ms latency and about a 5mb synchronous circuit. It barely runs. When I bring to a faster connection it’s better. Most things are consistently sold out, prices are marked up, and customer service is poor. I received the wrong item and customer service would not allow me to return due to a "sale policy" and gaslit me over text. I don’t have time to deal with this sort of service and will take my business directly to the small companies featured on the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2021-12-05, version 1.0.19.1* Would not recommend even though it sounds like some good deals. Make sure to read all the return policies. There are so many and pretty confusing. Bought something final sale without realizing. Would not recommend. I’ve deleted the app. ### 1/5 — SCAM *2021-07-23, version 1.0.16.1* Don’t use and even bother. Total scam. All they care about is to get your personal info + the credit card info. They send out promo codes that don’t work. You can’t delete your account on your own and you have to waist time to call them and make it deleted. Old scam with new design. They cancelled my order because they told me “they could cancel any order they feel like for whatever reason” worst customer service I’ve ever received from a delivery app. Do not use, because you will be disappointed. ### 1/5 — Don’t expect your order *2021-07-14, version 1.0.16* They had a promo, when me and another room ordered something each, they cancelled our orders and said we were exhibiting a “pattern of abuse”. Extremely shameless behavior, trying to hype up the app without actually honoring their orders. ### 1/5 — Missing order - No refund *2021-05-22, version 1.0.14* My first 3 orders were as expected. The fourth one never showed up. When I checked with the customer support, they blamed me not putting instructions to bring it to my door and left at the common area. No response back, no resend, no refund. Will dispute from cc. ### 1/5 — False advertisement. *2021-05-07, version 1.0.14* My friends and I ordered from the company together. We chose a time window and we all received texts from the company saying that the items were about to be picked up and delivered. They did not deliver during the promised time so we contacted them. Their response was that the delivery window was actually another day, which was a total lie. None of us saw the date when we submitted the order. The app promises 2 hour delivery and if it ships in 2 days it sounds like false advertisement. We all rescheduled out outdoor plans and waited at home for the delivery which did not happen. Please don’t blame your customer for your mistakes, it will kill your business. ### 1/5 — FASTAF more like SKETCHY AF *2021-05-07, version 1.0.13* TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, FASTAF more like SKETCHYAF! I did not receive my $150 product. I texted (yes, you can’t call them) customer service and they were so dismissive of me and immediately said, “once the order had been delivered we are not responsible for it.” They did not text me back and left me hanging. Do NOT waste your money. This company has terrible customer service, more like none. $150 down the drain and made no effort to help me retrieve it. It would seem my package was merely left out a random gate and was stolen. $150 product left outside and driver made no effort to call the number I listed on my order. Why have an “instructions” section on your order when their couriers won’t follow it. Hands down one of the better apps I’ve used. Everywhere was out of Binax test of OTCs and I was told about FastAF. They came in clutch.
