Some are a year old. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Outdated info *2021-06-18, version 2.0.0* There is a lot of outdated assignments on this app. Also, there is no filter link to customize Profession and jobs of interest. **Developer response:** We've made several enhancements to the app since the release of Fastaff 2.0. Users are able to filter jobs based on: discipline, specialty, state, and shift type. But we'd love to hear more about your experience and how we can improve. You can’t review multiple notifications at once nor delete any notifications at all. Don’t like the documents section telling me I have deleted documents even after I have already provided new, updated documents. So one section shows my BLS is expired at the same time another section shows I hav current BLS and Fastaff has already reviewed and approved the new document. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Updates have been made to the app, including to the notification and upload sections. Our team is hard at work on additional updates in the future, so keep an eye out for exciting changes. ### 1/5 — Not able to edit profile *2019-06-09, version 1.2.1* I have moved since I first signed up with Faststaff. Well I cannot change my address nor can I edit my work information. That makes this app very lousy. I passed this information on to a recruiter who said they would fix things. But nothing has changed. Is this what I should expect from the company? **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, Dwight. We heard you loud and clear. We’ve updated the app to allow address changes, among other improvements. The app never updates the positions. It always has the same positions. Logging out and logging back in doesn’t help either. Very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Can’t change my information *2022-03-14, version 2.4.0* Things change; In fact, as a Travel Nurse, change is the ONLY constant! Your app won’t let me change my address, or amend my work history, or even update my contact phone information. Not at all user friendly! **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. We’ve made updates to the Fastaff app, including the ability to edit addresses. You should also be able to amend your work history. Unfortunately, because the phone number is part of the identity information for the account, you will need to contact your recruiter to change it. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Just needs a little programming fixes. *2021-07-02, version 2.0.0* It is clunky, loads slowly, but once loaded the pages load well. The assignments posted are new and old and not laid out in a way that you can easily see the dates. No filter for the dates, would be better if it were just active contacts. No filter for day and night. The static information is the same as the website, which is seldom updated. There are at least 5 request entries for my ACLS, which they have. Some changes have occurred but not the ones we’ve asked for! We STILL can’t delete the notifications. The jobs are NOT updated and congruent to the website. There’s a job listed from August 2020. Please fix these minor changes to make this app useful to us Travel Nurses who might want to take assignment via the company. —————————————————————————— I wish I could like this app!! I really wish I could. As a Registered Nurse who has travelled with Fastaff (x2 assignments), I wish this app was congruent with the web. This app tells me that my profile is partially complete when I KNOW the portion that it’s asking about has already been filed!! I also wish there was a delete all button for notifications. I hate the fact that there are a million notifications about “Jobs For Me” that takes me to the SAME list. Just let me delete them already, especially if I viewed the selection. Please fix these, have better job availabilities and maybe the app would be more user friendly 🙏🏾 **Developer response:** Thank your for the feedback. I loved those years of nursing and had more fun with my downtime doing the travel than I ever thought. I followed with 10yr Texas home based hard core critical care, then 10 yrs of rehabilitation, all levels of hospital practice. I continue to love nursing. My interest is to continue with this company doing some more fun traveling to enjoy both work and freedom just because I love all of it. Fastaff is an excellent company which support and assist there nurses in whatever ways needed.
