Every time there’s a company I’ve tried to call, I get a message saying “ we’re doing maintenance to our server, please they later…” ### 1/5 — Failed app and request for support *2021-12-15, version 3.0.2* I wanted a company which was not on their list. If you pay $4.99 they will add any company you want on their list. I don’t mind paying for good programs so I went for it. When I sent it in, I had a message send failure and it would not go through. Then when I went to contact the company I had another message send failure. So as far as I’m concerned this company is not worth taking up any space in my phone. I will be canceling they iTunes with a refund request. An error is provided explaining that the service is unavailable due to server maintenance. I tried to add a company, which generates an email that simply bounces. Then I tried to go to their website and log in, and their customer portal is down.
