## Most critical reviews (2 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Constant crashing

*2025-02-10*

One frame will crash in the middle of a series and the whole series is then uneditable. Customer support was no help. Expensive and it doesn’t work. Have tried so many times to give it a chance because of how much I paid and all it has been is frustration

### 1/5 — No animation and freezes all of the time

*2023-08-14*

There is no animation and it freezes literally all of the time…it is unusable
