I haven’t used it all year though, I took a huge amount of time off from fasting. I’m back at it now for the spring and summer. I find it easy to use and I enjoy entering the amounts of food and liquid throughout the day that I consumed. I wish the app offered a calorie counter as this is the only negative part. I have to use google to find out calorie amounts. I enjoy the stories and information provided. The app motivates you to fast and try different fasting methods. Tracking weight loss is helpful. I also like receiving reminders and notifications when I turn that feature on. My wife just got the app today and is starting. I feel supported in my Intermittent Fasting program. And, I just completed my 301st fast! Lost 14 lbs. I forgot about it, never used it and I realized at the beginning of July that you were charging $38.99/mo! I sent an email to stop my subscription on 7/7/25 and there was a charge again on 7/21/25 for $38.99. I resent an email at the end of July to please cancel my subscription, but never heard if you indeed canceled it. So, I’ve learned that it is easy to get but very difficult to cancel. Please advise.
