Fasten is a new ride-hailing service. It makes getting around the city easy and affordable.

 
• Service classes for any occasion

Fasten is for when you want to pay less and get picked up fast. For more comfortable trips, choose Comfort or Comfort+ for spacious cars with a smooth ride. When you're in the mood for something special, choose Business class. These cars don't have any branding, come with free bottled water and phone chargers, and drivers have a strict dress code and are more attentive to your preferences. For even more affordable rides with other users, choose the Share class. When you're riding with children, choose Kids for cars with child safety seats and booster seats. And when you need the fastest pickup, the Fastest service class is your perfect choice.

 
• Easy payment

You can pay in cash or by card and see the price before the ride starts.

 
• Stops along the way

Want to stop by the store or pick up a friend? No problem! Just enter the addresses in the app and Fasten will automatically map the optimal route and instantly calculate the total price. You can add up to three stops.

 
• Ride history

Check all the details from any of your past rides. Plus, if you forget your hat or headphones in a car, contact the driver directly in the app up to 24 hours after the ride.

 
• Favorites and suggestions

Take a lot of rides to the same places? Add them to your Favorites to easily select them in the future without having to enter them manually every time. Our system also automatically shows the best location on the map for quicker and more affordable pickups.

я не знаю как можно принимать этих неадекватов в такси, стоит на месте 10 минут, крутится вокруг своей оси, дозвониться до них ты не сможешь, приехала женщина не открывала дверь сказала что такую сумму не поедет, а зачем тогда заказ брала, ужасные водители, удачное отношение, яндекс лучше, закрывайте свою шарашкину кантору

Скачала приложение, в беседе с водителем узнала, что он как-то понял, что я заказала НЕ через Яндекс и сказал, что уже автоматом меня ненавидит. Но отказаться НЕ может от таких заказов. Объяснил, что аренда машины дорожает, с бензином сложности и подорожание, продукты дорожают, а Яндекс таким образом снизил цену пассажирам именно за его счет. То есть комиссия у водителя та же, а его доход снизился на 2-3 тысячи ежедневно. Мне жаль водителей, что монополист так себя ведет и не оставляет им выбора. Из солидарности и уважению к чужому труду не буду пользоваться

Цены ниже некуда и поэтому водители отказываются везти, сравняйте цены с Яндексом, чтобы пассажиры не страдали

После обновления приложение стало работать еще хуже, а именно происходят кратковременные зависание и и точка постоянно пытается куда то уехать, например: вызвал такси поставил точку там где я сам нахожусь и по прибытию такси точка не ожидало показывает другое место посадки

приложение просто убогое. таксисты отменяют заказ потому что ты вызвал не через Яндекс, а через Фастен. В поддержку пишешь - тебе всего лишь купон на 100 рублей дадут. Купон на 100 рублей дороже времени?

Первая же поездка после скачивания - по приложению машина приехала, по факту никого нету. Обошел весь дом вокруг 2 раза. Деньги за ожидание само собой списали. Очень сомнительное приложение..

Откуда у этого ... Так много звёзд, выбираешь адрес он не даёт вызвать такси, перезагрузишь пару раз и работает, не понимаю, вы думаете что накрутите отзывы и приложение лучше станет?

UPD передайте инфу в свой отдел тестировки и пусть они по обратной связи ищут баг, а не я буду логировать вам ошибки, чтобы потом ещё за это деньги платить
