Track your fast on a clean instrument dial and watch your body move through its stages - from fed state to the 14h focus window many fasters describe as their sharpest hours.

MAP YOUR PERSONAL FOCUS WINDOW
While fasting, log one-tap clarity check-ins ("how sharp do you feel right now?"). FastFocus builds your personal clarity map: your self-reported focus, hour by hour into the fast. Most people discover a repeatable peak - then start placing deep work inside it.
