## What is Fastii?

JURISDICTION STATEMENT: Fastii does not use, require, or connect to medical hardware in any country. The iPhone does not measure a fast or prescribe a diet. No 510(k), CE medical-device, or storefront restriction applies.

Fastii is a private intermittent-fasting timer for iPhone, written Spanish-first. Start and end a fast in one tap. Pick 16:8, 18:6, 14:10, 20:4, OMAD, or a custom split. Keep a streak, see hour marks on the clock, log water, and optionally log weight.

This is an informational log. Fastii does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. It does not prescribe a diet.

WHY PEOPLE KEEP IT
• Circular clock with hours, minutes, and seconds
• 16:8, 18:6, 14:10, 20:4, OMAD, and custom protocols

• History and calendar of completed fasts
• Current and best streak
• 4h, 8h, 12h, and goal marks on the clock
• Water glasses during a fast
• How the fast felt when you end it

• Local alerts when the window opens or closes
• No account. No ads. Data stays on the iPhone.
