The course is significantly boosting my confidence and fluency in speaking. Our teacher, Ms. Mausumi Sen, has a warm and encouraging teaching style that makes learning enjoyable. FastInfo Class completely fooled me. The trainer was unprofessional, and there was no proper structure or improvement plan. After payment, their support vanished — no response to calls or messages. The classes were boring, repetitive, and not at all helpful for real communication. Total waste of money and time. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from FastInfo Class — they just make fake promises and deliver nothing! ### 1/5 — Never pay anything *2024-09-13, version 1.1.7* Go donate if you have money but never waste with fastinfo classes they just waste your time and money both zero classes i have wasted my 15 days and 9000 rupees. And i discssed with them more then 50 times but no solution. I call to given number then that guy asked me to call to backend team. Backend time didn’t receive my call. In this fullish thing my son is westing summer vacation. I recently joined fastinfo for fitness class and paid a sum of Rs 3532/- for 6 months. But because of health issues, I didn’t attended single class . When I informed about this to management and asked for refund, they are not responding. Whenever I call ,, they simply said to mail regarding the issue,, but till now no response for the mails also . I also joined my daughter for advanced level of drawing class and paid a sum of Rs 4240/- for 6 months, but till now did not received any invoice for both payments. If I call the management person to refund both the amounts, he’s simply ignoring my messages..This shows how fraud is this.. I request all to think twice before doing the payments.. don’t just blindly believe ., they are telling something,, but there’s no single person to take the responsibility.. it’s FRAUD.. It really helped me to gain confidence in speaking English fluently and effectively. I want to thank my tutor Rinki Saha who really improved my speaking skills. I find her teaching method to be very useful and effective. He completed four classes. Shanta mam is teaching new concepts everyday. Her communication is very great. She is asking each and every kid to show their work - that is great and She correct that as well . she is good at her skills. She always teach the kids to do on their own. My son also improved in a shot span time . A suggestion would like to give here is - please tell the students what are all the required items for the drawing class. For us nothing informed through mail or call or message .
