This app doesn’t work but continues to deduct money from my Apple Account! Dispute me telling them to cancel my account

Unfortunately, we don’t have access to your Apple billing or subscription details, as all App Store payments are managed by Apple. If you've requested cancellation, please make sure it was completed through your iPhone's Settings > Subscriptions section.

We couldn’t find a matching account in our system, so it’s possible the subscription was made using a different Apple ID. If you need help with canceling, you can follow Apple’s guide here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.

I’m trying to send an email to request a refund and the page just says “sending” and the email never gets sent. I can’t get to a phone number to call. I signed up literally a few hrs ago and cancelled my subscription via App Store - and am requesting a refund. 
This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

Regarding the refund, we don't have control over users refunds and subscription cancellation as we do not store this information and this all is handled by App Store. Sorry for the inconvenience again.

I still get ads in spite of being a “Pro” / “Lifetime” user. Uninstalling!

The app doesn’t work when there is no net connection, is it possible to have it working even if the app has no internet. Sometime when on plane or aboard the app doesn’t open at all or make you redo the setup if you open the app without any connection to the net. Features in the app is really good, helps me keep track of the fasting, but can’t do it if I’m on a flight.
