In a world of subscription based body transformation, mood changing, BMI tracking, working building buy my supplements, track your calories apps this one is a breath of fresh air. 

It does exactly what it says with no fluff or shoving add down my throat. I’ve been able to keep track of my fasting in an easy and efficient way. 

I could not be happier. 5 HUGE stars
