## What is Fasting tracker?

I've been meditating since childhood. OMAD — one meal a day (on Mondays) — has long been part of my life. Much of this work doesn’t show up on a fitness dashboard.

On the spiritual path, outcomes aren’t in your control. Realisation cannot be scheduled. But effort can. Showing up can. When doubt arises, you need something that reminds you: you showed up.

FastingMonk was built to hold that record.

— WHAT FASTINGMONK IS —

FastingMonk is a quiet companion for fasting, meditation, Tapas, and daily intention — all in one private space. No account. No ads. The core app is free, permanently. If it serves you, you can choose to support it with premium.

— FASTING TIMER —

A clean intermittent fasting timer. Set 16:8, 18:6, OMAD, 5:2, or custom durations. Track your fasting stage — fat burning, ketosis, autophagy — and stay aware of your body’s process.

— MEDITATION TIMER —

A simple timer that stays out of the way. Track multiple sessions per day. Your total sitting time accumulates over days and years — a visible record of effort.
Multiple sessions in a day are tracked automatically — because serious practitioners often sit more than once, and every session is its own complete act. Your cumulative sitting time is recorded across days, months, and years. When doubt appears — and it will — you can open FastingMonk and see the hours. The effort is documented. The path is real.

— TAPAS TRACKER —

Tapas is discipline held over time. Create custom vows — fasting, silence, mantra, or anything meaningful. Set a count, track progress, and stay committed.

— TO-DOS BAKED IN —

Practice and life are not separate. A built-in to-do list keeps your discipline consistent across everything you do.

— EFFORT OVER OUTCOME —

Most apps track results. FastingMonk tracks effort — the one thing you control.

— PRIVATE BY DESIGN —

No account required. Your data stays on your device. Built simply, quietly, in service of your practice.

The core app is free. Premium is optional — no pressure.

The path is long. Show up anyway.
