Love the app so far. Has been a big help for me with my overall goals and I’ve been seeing better results since I’ve been able to listen to my body. 

Before I was fasting the same all month and I ended up binge eating quite often. The eating advice has helped me break my fasts better and the fasting guidance tells me when to go easier on myself. 

Overall really happy. Hope it can continue to grow as I really wanna get more nutritional guidance too

Neat app to keep me on track with how many distractions there are in a day. I’ve tried mental notes but this makes it a lot easier
