Completely free, not cares about weight and fasting, full control over start times and fasting patterns, widgets and lock screen widgets included. This is it.

Awesome ad-free simplicity. I only wish I could add a note to a session (about how i felt during fasting and refeeding)

So happy I found this FREE fasting app that is so easy to use and fun. I really appreciate that I can select between the different fasting schedules as well as I can edit a fast at any given time. Thank you!! 😇

This app is EXACTLY what I need to keep track of my fasting! It’s extremely user friendly. I appreciate that it allows me to track a fast, that I already started in the past. I definitely recommend this app!

I really like finding apps that are free, no iaps, no ads, and no data collection! You can also tell that the developer of this app very much cares in general. This is the only truly free fasting app I’ve found that includes configurable notifications for each section of a fast. The only thing I could wish for at this point is support for widgets. Thank you for this app developer :)
