Love this app! The only recommendation I’d have is, I wish looking forward in my cycle days it actually told me how long the fasts were going to be so I could look ahead a bit. But I am only on month one, I suppose after a few months of doing this I will know how you fast in a power phase, nurture phase etc.

This app is great. I am using the paid version, but I think the price is reasonable for what you get. This is the only app I’ve found for syncing fasting to your cycle with the functionality I was looking for. I love that it gives you information for each phase and you can view your fasts and metrics in the dashboard. Everything all in one app!
