Fastival is an intermittent fasting app which helps you start your intermittent fasting journey whether you are a novice or pro. We want to be your fasting companion, creating and motivating you towards your intermittent fasting goals.

Why intermittent fasting?

Lose weight

Eigentlich ist es ein prima App , unkompliziert! Aber ein Stern weniger , denn ich wollte auf 10 Tage Fasten ( nur bist 7 Tage voll Fasten )und es war nicht möglich , schade .

Die App ist genau das, was ich gesucht habe - hier geht es nur ums Fasten, nicht noch zusätzlich um Kalorien zählen. Keine schrillen, bunten Seiten bei denen man sich überschlagen fühlt, sobald man die App öffnet, keine versteckten Kosten, Werbung habe ich beim Timer auch nicht. Alles was ich brauche. Den einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da es kostenfrei nur 16:8 und 12:12 gibt. Wenn ihr die App für die Watch hinbekommt, nehm ich bestimmt auch gern das kleine Geld für die Vollversion in die Hand.

Das Konzept ohne Datenschleuder und ohne Abo ist sehr zu begrüßen. Für eine 1.0 Version ist die App wirklich okay. Ich vermisse jedoch, die Intervalle zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit automatisch zu starten. Eine Watch-App wäre auch nett.

nicht mehr missen! Dabei wirkt die Aufmachung nie aufdringlich sondern unterstützend.

Von den Machern der Waterlytics App habe ich nichts anderes als das erwartet. Weniger ist mehr. Das UI ist super intuitiv und einfach aufgebaut und bombardiert einen nicht zu mit Informationen. Die kleinen Gestaltungen geben dem ganzen nochmal einen persönlicheren Touch und sorgen förmlich für mehr Motivation und Spaß beim Fasten 😊
