## What is FastKept?

FastKept is a simple fasting timer that keeps your plans and your full history on your iPhone. You decide when a fast starts and ends. All features free. No account needed.

YOUR FAST AT A GLANCE
• A live timer ring with time to goal and when your fast ends; tap it to switch between elapsed, remaining and percent
• Started earlier? Set the real start time
• Your eating window, with when it opens and closes
• The last 7 days and today's logs on the same screen
• Finish a fast with an optional mood and note

PLANS THAT FIT
• 12:12, 13:11, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and 23:1, Flexi with no goal, or your own custom length
• A weekly schedule with a different plan on some days, and rest days
• Low-intake days for a 5:2 week
• Name and save your own plans

EVERY FAST IN YOUR HISTORY
• Week, month and year charts, and a calendar of every day
• A last-16-weeks view
• Rolling 7 to 365 days, plus your all-time totals
• Add a missed fast or edit the times; overlapping fasts are checked
• A consistency count that allows breaks and never rewards fasting longer than your plan

OPTIONAL LOGS
• Weight, with a weekly trend and a rough date for your goal
• Water and drinks, with a daily goal
• Ketones, glucose, electrolytes, notes and progress photos that stay on your iPhone
• Logs you don't use stay hidden

REMINDERS YOU CHOOSE
• Planned start, goal reached, 1 hour to goal, eating window opening and closing, weigh-ins and water
• See every upcoming reminder in one list

MORE
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and a Live Activity in the Dynamic Island
• Siri: "Start my fast" and "End my fast"
• Apple Health (optional): save weight and water, and read your weight
• App lock
• Export to CSV or one backup file, and restore it
• Light and dark themes, and larger text

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your fasts and logs are stored on your iPhone and are never sold or used for ads. An optional account (18+) can back up your records; progress photos are never uploaded.

FREE, WITH AN OPTIONAL AD-FREE PLAN
All features are free. The free version shows occasional, dismissible promotions for our own apps only, with no third-party ads. An optional subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly) removes all ads in all our apps on this iPhone. It unlocks no extra features. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.

IMPORTANT
FastKept is a timer and log, not medical advice. It doesn't measure ketosis or any other body state. It isn't for people under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, underweight, or with a current or past eating disorder. Talk to a doctor before you start or change a fasting routine, especially if you have diabetes or another medical condition or take medication. Drink water, and stop fasting and eat if you feel dizzy, faint, shaky or unwell.
