It doesn’t open and takes really long time, can’t open it with other networks, really awful experience up until now. Plus it doesn’t tell you when the line is gonna be deactivated to be able to take into account when to recharge.

تطبيق فيه اخطاء كثيرة يرجة اعادة النظر وتصليح اخطاء عندا اعادة الاشتراك في الانترنيت يقوم ب اعطاء اشعار بانه لم تتم عملية التفعيل وبلمقابل يتم قطع الاموال وبذلك يخدعك ويجعلك ب اعادة تفعيل وتقوم بتفعيل باقتين بنفس الوقت وانت لم تستفد فقط من باقة انترنيت واحدة يرجى الحذر من هذهي الاخطاء

The app won’t connect to my eSIM on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app again, tweaking the Settings on my iPhone. And even the showroom service couldn’t fix it. I just purchased another eSIM just to connect the app to my eSIM again. Still no fix only my money wasted.
