Tried like 8 others but this is the best! The phases of what happens to body are so addictive. Helps to keep me going.

This a very cool app. It provides so much information to understand your body. Their Ask feature is valuable too. I also like the look and feel. They don’t have fasts longer than 7 days though. Hope they add that.
