## What is Fastpool for managers?

‘Fastpool for managers’ is an application which main purpose is to create and manage shifts of employees. The application allows managers to change shift duration, schedule breaks, and assign employees to shifts. Fastpool managers can also request additional staff for special shifts. Staff can be allocated across changeable business units and depending on skills.
This Application is only intended for managers. Employees may not use it.

Shift transfer
• Managers can now see shift transfer requests directly on the timeline. A special icon will appear next to the employee’s name if they have sent a transfer request.
• On the shift detail screen, the accepted list also displays this icon next to the employee’s name. Tapping the icon reveals who the request was sent to. If the feature is enabled for the account, managers can also cancel the request.
