Today is February 6, and I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer support agents are extremely unhelpful and just keep delaying the process. Now, they are rejecting my return by falsely claiming that I sent the wrong product. I had received Fastrack Tees Sunglasses, but now they are making excuses and refusing my refund. This is nothing but a scam to fool customers. If you are considering buying anything from this company, DO NOT! Use only reputed platforms to avoid such fraudulent experiences. Stay away from this company! ### 1/5 — Worst App - worst service *2025-01-27* Worst service - I have ordered a spects where I received different product from shown so I returned the product it took them one month to pick the product and it been one month the product was picked up Still I didnt received my refund amount when i contacted them they said quality check was still pending how long it will take them for quality check a month??? Very disappointed with the service. ### 1/5 — Sunglasses color *2025-01-03* Very very very bad experience to I ordered sunglasses showing in application color is light blue and sunglasses received dark blue. However I ordered 2nd time green color sunglasses ordered and same problem I received light blue color sunglasses. And return option is not showing in the fastrack application and I calling to customer care he said after 24 hours showing return option. I am waiting for 24 hours but still not showing return option. And it’s very very very bad experience. And I am first time ordering. ### 1/5 — Pathetic consumer support *2024-12-08* Fastrack has one of the most unprofessional and lame customer support along with a buggy app. I had purchased an eyewear through this app which I wanted to return but the app is so buggy that I can’t raise a return request. I’ve already contacted their on call support around 6-7 times. They keep saying one or the other thing to raise a request which doesn’t work. I’m so frustrated that my money is wasted and I can’t do anything about it. FASTRACK, YOU’VE A LOST A CUSTOMER! ### 1/5 — Product not delivered *2024-08-01* The company never delivered the product. On contacting there customer representatives they have different excuses all the time. They didn’t even bother to share an update over mail or on WhatsApp. The app service is pathetic they have cancelled the order but it shows delivered. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2023-07-27* Very bad experience. Esp I can’t redeem my company coupons online I need to visit a store on top of it the sunglasses prices are sky rocket in store and discounted online no logic at all. I don’t understand. If you try to create a return order, the only error it keeps popping that return doesn’t match route. Imagine filling all information time and again and getting the same error. Promised delivery was May 17. Today is May 22, and I still haven't received it. I already paid in full. When I contact support, they apologize every time but don’t know about delivery status. Terrible service. Avoid buying from this app! ### 1/5 — Fraud website. *2026-04-18* Had ordered a Tees by Fasttrack blue aviator sunglasses from this app on 4th of April, delivery was showing till 10th of April & I had flight to catch on 11th still delivery didn’t reached as of today is 19th April. Tracking shows only dispatched and no update at all from day 1. Please dont buy from this site, if needed get it from offline store, but online store is a fraud. ### 1/5 — Worst Service Ever..🙏 *2026-04-17* Never ever go with Fastrack or Titan Eyewear to buy online they will deliver it after one month of ordering and they won’t respond to your calls and wrong eye power making worst quality need to give - stars for their service. This happened only after logging in. (Iphone 15, IoS 26) ### 1/5 — Third class User Experience *2025-12-31* Company have very good name in market for eyewear and watches, the products are very good, but in app user journey or user experience is very very poor, I wouldn’t be able to access the cart. I tried many times to add product into cart, but unable to do. I lost my money ₹1246. The product was not delivered to me, but the order status is still showing as delivered. When I contacted customer support, they did not help me properly and spoke very rudely. This is the worst service—I didn’t even receive my product, but my money is gone. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2025-07-17* I ordered one product but haven’t received yet and They are showing the product is delivered. I talked with the customer care and they told me that the delivery partner has given them the proof that they delivered the product. There whole team is scam. Delivery person calls for OTP after that his number will go switch off and fast track worst customer care team tracks that OTP call and reply us only telling you got order we have a call record details but there is no order delivered on 1st place ### 1/5 — No Return option *2025-02-26* After I received a sun glass it felt like having poor quality material and I wanted to return but there is no option to raise a return tkt. I raised in concerrn section but after two days no reply. Secondly, only VR is available. And that too, which rotates on a slow speed. User cannot move it back and forth as required. Hence, not user friendly. Thirdly, the video of the specs I tried looking into doesn’t appear at all which tends to make me believe that the same is the case for all the specs. Fourth, there is NO pictures of the available spectacles at all. Which makes me compare Fastrack to Titan app as there are pictures.
