Every time I open the app, it closes automatically within a few seconds, making it impossible to use or connect/sync my watch properly. This issue is extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed urgently. I lost my movement and step counting streak from years because this watch says it syncs with Apple health but it doesn’t. The customer support is worse, been messaging them and have not heard back in the last 2 weeks. When registering in the app it asks for OTP but I never received any OTP. Neither at WhatsApp nor at text. And also after updating the aap it doesn’t feel it is updated because no new things are added. I think TITAN COMPANY SHOULD GIVE UPDAES THAT ARE VISIBLE, MODERN AND HELPFUL AND WITH MORE FEATURES. AND NOWADAYS THERE ARE NO UPDATES FOR WATCH ALSO… PLEASE THIS IS MY PERSONAL REQUEST TO TITAN TO TAKE MY REQUEST AND WORK ON IT AND OTHERWISE THE WATCH IS ONLY GOOD.
