## What is Fastrise?

Fastrise is a calm, focused intermittent fasting tracker. Pick a plan, tap Start, and let the sunrise ring count every hour for you.

A TIMER YOU'LL ACTUALLY WANT TO OPEN
• A big, glowing progress ring shows elapsed time, time left, start and goal times
• Forgot to start on time? Edit your start time in seconds
• Get a reminder halfway through and when your fast is complete

BODY STAGES, EXPLAINED SIMPLY
Markers on the ring show what may be happening in your body: blood sugar rising and falling, switching to fat, fat burning, ketosis and autophagy. Tap to read a short, careful explanation of each stage and see where you are now.

FASTING PLANS
• 16:8 – the most popular way to start
• 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD (23:1)
• 36-hour extended fast
• Custom length from 12 to 72 hours

HISTORY AND STATS
• Weekly bar chart with your goal line
• Every completed fast with start, end and duration
• Total fasting hours, longest fast and your current streak
