I hope this functionality is restored. I’m guessing this wasn’t removed by choice. ### 4/5 — What’s not to love? *2023-03-19, version 1.4.11* We love that we can open this app and travel through Illinois. Then when we are through the toll roads, go in and pay. I would say the esthetics could be MUCH BETTER. Go through the tolls in CO and they just send you a bill in the mail and tell you how to pay. No big extra charge either. Should tell app to use to pay by and was not any faster because the traffic was so packed and had to stop on road while driving. Also no way to find any extra tolls that did not have app for. Should be linked to the license plate for extra tolls that should bring them up. ### 1/5 — Total rip off/scam *2022-06-18, version 1.4.10* I would give negative stars if could. I used this app and paid right away only to get a bill with late fees from the state of IL. The fees showed up on my CC bill, which I paid, but the app never passed the payment on to the state of IL. I followed up with IL thinking this would be an easy fix, but no. They didn’t receive payment and said this happens all the time with this app. So now I get to pay everything twice plus late fees. If you like getting scammers, use the app. Don’t waste your time and money!!!!! ### 1/5 — Unpaid *2022-04-17, version 1.4.10* I made a payment on the app. 2 month later I received 3 unpaid toll. Well you can go on the Illinois Tollway and pay within the 7 days without any hassle. The app is nothing but a hassle. I paid the tolls within a few days. I have a receipt. Then a month later I received an Invoice from Illinois Tollway that I have overdue tolls. All the ones I paid through the App. E-mailed the support and they responded that sometimes license plate numbers are a problem. Tried calling but the number is disconnected. Just turn it on when you drive and it tracks any toll fees. You can pay the tile later right in the app and it’s only a $0.99 processing fee. Make sure you note the license plate number and state if you rent a car!
