FastWindow keeps your intermittent fasting schedule clear and simple: calculate your fasting and eating windows, run a live fast timer, and look up your BMR and daily energy estimates — all on your iPhone, fully offline.

FASTING CALCULATOR
• Pick a method: 16:8, 18:6, 14:10, 20:4, OMAD, or custom hours
• Enter when you last ate and instantly see your fasting window and next eating window

FAST TIMER
• Start a fast and follow progress on a live ring
• Optional notification when your fasting window ends
• End or cancel a fast at any time

HISTORY
• Past fasts stay privately on your device
• Streak, average duration, and longest fast at a glance

BMR & TDEE
• Estimate your basal metabolic rate (Mifflin-St Jeor equation)
• Daily energy estimates across activity levels, in metric or imperial units

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking
• Works completely offline — your data never leaves your iPhone
