I have had several concerns and issues with this app over the week of my trial.

Most concerning is that after deciding to end my trial because of all the technical issues, I found that it does not have a log out option, a user account option, or a clear my data option. 

The app pulls in fitness data from “integrations” but it doesn’t push. 

The watch integration is non-existent. It only pulls data from an activity you run with the native watch app. So, if you are working out at the gym and don’t have your phone on you, but want to check your zones and points on your watch, you can’t.

After ending a workout and closing the apps the workouts continue to run on the background. 

If you use any other fitness app or workout system, this app doesn’t sync any of that data. (Ex: strava, or f45, etc.) 

Finally, I signed up for the trial, never selected to to be billed for the yearly subscription, and yet I was billed for the yearly subscription instead of monthly. No response from their support team. 

Based on this, my guess is it was pushed live as a “get-rich-quick” tactic by the developers and then sells the data harvested. The developers are likely counting on you not noticing the $4 a month charge.

For $6 a month this app stinks. Keeps freezing up while in use. No metrics for the fat burn percentage of calories. Click on the support link from the app details takes you to a broken link file not found.

Great app. Gives great insight in to how the body burns fat, and how to maximise fat burn. 

However, it doesn’t seem to work with family share, so my wife and I are both expected to pay a subscription. 

I have emailed support twice, but received no reply in 3+ weeks. 

It is for that reason that I have only given 2*, app is great but support is poor. 

You need to sort this.

idk bc I wanted to do this and it said I had to connect to an Apple Watch when I don’t have one so now I can’t use it and I really wanted to use it

**Developer response:** The second line in the app description is: "Use with your Bluetooth heart rate monitor or your Apple Watch to see real-time FAT BURN for every workout"

Not sure how to make it clearer that you need heart rate for the Fat Burn app to function which means you need an Apple Watch or Bluetooth heart rate monitor. If you have any suggestions, please let us know. It's a bummer to download an app that you are not able to actually use, we get it.

Provides what I need but it does not let you change your age if you make a mistake when setting it up. Which is annoying given that age is used as the basis for pretty much all of this. They also don’t respond if you contact them.

The app is double counting, pulling in data from peleton app, etc.   cannot figure out how to change settings.   Lots of advice on the app about how to burn fat but not a lot of information about how to use the app.

The only app that tells me exactly how hard to workout to lose fat. I love that I can import from the fitness app for my fitness+ workouts. Love the new leaderboards! Can you add ability to create my own group?

Finally a simple to use fat burn zone app I tried so many zone apps are most are way too complicated for me to use. This app is simple, easy to use and lets me see exactly when I’m in the far burn zone and when I leave it. Thank you for creating such an awesome app.
