The support staff doesn’t help. They accept the order themselves on store’s behalf and later call you stating that they won’t be able to fulfil the order. This app looks to be developed by a kid. They don’t offer Cash on Delivery, so customers have to pay in advance. After payment, they cancel the order, keep the money, and don’t issue a refund. When I registered my complaint no one is taking the charge neither the restaurant nor the app support. Horrible app and the app support is terrible totally nonsense. I recommend good App Store to remove such nonsense app from their platform. ### 1/5 — Bakwas Service with the Highest Charges & it’s a team with no accountability *2024-11-09, version 3.3* Even after having a discount coupon of 50₹ this app will charge you the delivery charges of 80₹ for a single order under 5 km, which is highest in the industry and the best part is the order never gets delivered even after 50 min and when you call the customer care, they have no clue about the order, they will simply share the contact of the delivery boy. Basic accountability is also missing here, not sure why they have started this app if they were not able to manage a basic standard? ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-09-11, version 3.2* The Fatafat app for local delivery in Haldwani has been quite disappointing. It often delivers expired products, which is unacceptable for a delivery service. On top of that, the deliveries are frequently delayed, causing frustration for people who rely on timely service. This lack of consistency makes it hard to trust the app, and at times, it feels completely useless for local deliveries in Haldwani. If possible, avoid using it. ### 1/5 — FRAUD delivery service *2024-07-22, version 3.2* I have placed an order worth Rs 367 and after 20 minutes I have received a confirmation call that madam, is the order placed by you confirmed? I said yes it is confirmed. After 10 minutes a message came that ma’am we are canceling your order because there are no lights in the restaurant, I messaged them to give the refund and they wrote they will give refund but in their app wallet only..
