Crashed when I click to accept terms checkbox. Too bad. ### 1/5 — Save some money *2023-10-02* Used to be a great convenience to be able to order and pay ahead. All items are more using the app and won’t apply the combo pricing. For example I almost always get the mushroom Swiss burger. Menu price $12.99 and on the app it’s $17.08, almost 33% more! Brought this to the attention of the location I go to and they don’t even know why! Now I just call ahead to the store and order. ### 1/5 — Service fees and no rewards *2023-06-17* The app now adds 6% or so to your total order just for the app developer. Add up to $5 on each item. Try to pay for pickup on the Fatburger app? Hot pay and get kicked back to your order with no confirmation, no error, no indication that the payment did not go through. After my initial complaints to Fatburger, they looked into it and apparently it wasn't hidden fees or anything, the problem was some of the menu item prices were loaded incorrectly. They have resolved the issue at my Fatburger location. If you use this app, just be cautious of the prices and make sure you aren't paying more than the in-restaurant prices. Bumped up the score to 2 stars, because we should be able to use restaurant apps with confidence. And this one lacks that at this point. But at least they fixed my issue. Original Review: I ordered pick-up with this app for the first time today. 2 meals in total. When I went in to pick up my food, i noticed the prices on the sign board were cheaper. I asked the manager and he said that Farburger app probably charges more because the company that runs it charges customers more. In total, my order cost me $7.38 more just for the "privilege" of using the Fatburger app to order pick-up. That extra "fee" is not worth the convenience of ordering ahead and I will not be using the Fatburger app again for ordering food. What could have been a convenient way to order more Fatburger ended up being a deterrent. Shame on Fatburger for treating customers this way!! ### 2/5 — Weird *2023-06-14* Weird difficult to read colour combinations, still no option to order lemonade, no custom tip option so its 10+% or nothing, no account or sign in button, and yes now there's a service fee for using the app... Might as well just order through skip, it's easier and more logical ### 2/5 — Basic *2022-06-12* Only lists basic menu items. I know some locations carry lemonade but it’s not listed on the app. Also there’s no way to substitute out the patty on any of the burgers with either veggie or chicken even though it’s possible in store ### 2/5 — Lots missing *2021-07-17* Why no ApplePay? I hate providing my credit card info to every vendor. Some meals do not allow you to add notes (I want to add jalapeños to my Impossible burger meal. I can do this if I just order the burger, but not if I order the meal as the notes field does not appear) Clearly a webview port only no native APIs. No privacy check up. I do appreciate being able to tip the staff much better here than on Skip the Dishes which is really the only reason I keep using this app. ### 2/5 — Wheres the in-phone ApplePay? *2020-11-25, version 3.6.0* As the title says. The app is missing this function and much easier to do. Other popular food and restaurant apps have this function.
