## What is FatFlow?

Most people know what they ate. Far fewer understand what may be happening in the hours afterward.

After eating, insulin rises to help the body use and store incoming energy, while reducing the release of stored fat. As time passes without more food, insulin generally falls and the body gradually shifts toward using more stored energy.

FatFlow makes this invisible process easier to understand.

Log meals, drinks and activity in seconds. FatFlow then provides an educational estimate of whether your body is likely processing recent food, shifting fuel sources, or spending more time in a fat-burning state.

Use FatFlow to:
• See your current estimated metabolic state
• Understand how long it may take to return to fat burning
• Review daily and weekly patterns
• Log meals, drinks and activity quickly
• Set recurring entries and reminders
• Create optional backups of your history

FatFlow is designed for awareness, not judgment. It does not count calories, prescribe a diet or tell you when to eat. It helps you see how timing may shape your day so you can make more informed choices.

Privacy first:
• Your meal, drink and activity history stays on your device
• No account is required
• No ads
• No subscriptions
• 100% free

Important:
FatFlow provides educational estimates, not direct measurements. Actual responses vary based on meal size and composition, activity, metabolism, sleep, medications and health conditions. FatFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
