Elite customer service!!

I did the three day free trial. Absolutely LOVED it so I ended up paying for the year. I had some minor issues with transcribing and emailed them about the issue. Not only was I answered within 2 hours, the situation was 100% resolved in about 12 hours. Couldn’t speak well enough about this app!👏🏼👏🏼
