This app is great for keeping track of my symptoms which is so helpful when seeing my doctor. So many great features for tracking and also for talking through symptoms, food triggers, and stress. Also the creators are amazing with followed and listening to suggestions.

I’ve been using Fathom for a while to track how I’ve been feeling and it’s been great! The insights and tracking to help support my gut has been insightful. Especially the journaling and chat feature to help keep track of how I’ve been feeling and to provide suggestions on how to improve. Highly recommend it!
