## What is FatigueSense?

FatigueSense helps you understand your energy and pace your days, so you can do more of what matters with less risk of crashing.

Built by digital health researchers, it links data from your wearable with quick daily check-ins to show how your activity, recovery, and fatigue relate over time. It is designed with and for people living with persistent fatigue — ME/CFS, long COVID, fibromyalgia, cancer-related fatigue, and other long-term conditions.

What you can do
 • See your daily energy budget and how much you have left
 • Get an early signal when you may be approaching post-exertional malaise (PEM)
• Track strain, recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep in one place
• Plan activities that fit within your personal energy envelope
• Log crashes and check-ins so the app learns your individual patterns
• Connect a wearable, or use manual daily entry — no device required

Works with your wearable Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, Polar, Withings, Fitbit, and more.

An honest, research-led approach FatigueSense is assistive and statistical. Its outputs complement your own judgment — they do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are not validated for every diagnosis. Fatigue is not one thing, and the app does not assume all conditions behave the same way. You know your body best.

atigueSense is currently in active beta. We’re continuously refining features and performance, so you may occasionally experience minor issues. Your feedback helps us improve the app, and we regularly release updates to make FatigueSense even better.

### 5/5 — Eye opening!

*2026-08-20*

Highly recommended. Seeing my symptoms and bio metrics quantified makes such a difference in setting realistic expectations. I am grateful and appreciative of the continued improvements as the early users provide feedback. Thank you!

### 2/5 — Beta

*2026-08-11*

I gave it a month to calibrate to my condition, and a month trying to adapt to its demands; in that time there were continual “updates,” sometimes more than one a day, sometimes detectable, sometimes not. So users are supporting developers rather than, as expected, developers supporting users. Pacing is hard, help is needed, but for now the app just drains me and disheartens me. Maybe best for higher-functioning people for now. I’ll probably try again when they settle down.

### 1/5 — Wish it worked!

*2026-08-03*

UI is pretty confusing. Check-ins I thought I submitted are not submitted and are actually at default values. Not really getting the notifications to check-in either and when I do they’re not at the times I set them to be. I’m only three days into this so maybe there’s a learning curve here but I wish it was easier to figure out as I really do want to like this app. ETA: Having issues getting my data to sync as well. Have disconnected and reconnected 2x over—the first time because the values were just straight up wrong, the second time because they simply weren’t showing up at all. And I have a banner telling me to update when I’ve already downloaded the most recent update. Really want to like this but as is it’s useless—it doesn’t sync!

### 4/5 — Fantastic app, new but promising!

*2026-07-28*

I’m only a week in and so far love the app! It’s new so they’re still working out kinks and adding features but it’s basically like the popular wearable band but you get to use your device of choice! I’m using an older Apple Watch so I don’t get many all of the metrics but it’s been so helpful for me with pacing and seeing my data to match- looking forward to sharing with my medical professionals as well. Their team has been incredibly responsive and opened to feedback in real time it’s really cool to see and be a part of helping shape the app as well! I will come back and update in a few months on how it’s progressed and once all of the features unlock for me. (it spends anywhere from 7-30 days learning about you from your Data, which is amazing) well worth the wait! Thank you, developers for creating this app for us chronically ill folx! Exactly what I was looking for!

### 5/5 — The app we needed for ME/CFS

*2026-05-27*

I’m really pleased that there is a decent app now that uses the Apple Watch to help determine energy usage levels. The developers are working on improving the app continuously and I’m so glad to see constant improvement.

### 3/5 — Has a lot of potential

*2026-04-24*

It’s a great idea. However, the dashboard needs work. It is very overwhelming and confusing with all the options. It really needs to be simplified or be able to hide some things. Also logging the daily assessment is a little confusing. It seems like the am pm options would be different but they end up being the same measurements despite changing them for each.
