Both state app doesn’t work. They are 3 & 6 years old. And the app still doesn’t work. Unable to download tickets. Thought this was the whole point of the app? Useless & worthless. Then I got an e mail about something I don't understand. I tried to unsubscribe but had to sign in to do so. Hence I tried to register again but was told that my email was already registered. So I tried to sign in only to be told that the information was invalid. So I tried to reset the password knowing that the email address was ok. However I couldn't then reset the password.
