Everything is rendered on your phone, so it is free and nothing is uploaded to do it. An edit is saved as something you can reopen and change later, not a flattened copy. Videos from some links can now be saved to your photo library, play reliably the second time you open them, and no longer show a blank first frame. You are now warned before a large video takes up a big share of your storage, and can clear any single cached video.
