## What is Fave?

Fave is the notebook for everything you try.

Make a list for anything: cafes, snacks, street tacos, face masks, whatever you feel like ranking. Add the movies, shows, and books you watch and read. Tick things off when you try them, give them stars when you feel like it, drop an emoji, keep a note, stick a photo.

Then Fave answers the only question that matters: which one was the best?

• Your lists, your names, your rules
• Cafés keep their orders: rate every drink, the place rates itself from the average
• Movies, shows, and books fill in their own artwork
• Stars are optional. Rating is never homework
• A quiet, warm design that reads like a notebook, day and night
• Everything lives in your private iCloud. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, nobody else

Fave was built as a gift for one very specific person who kept these lists by hand. Now it's yours too.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-29

Your lists now speak your language.
 - Every list picks its own verb. A perfume list says "To use" and "Used", a book list says "To read", a wishlist just crosses things off. Rename it or change your mind any time.
 - In Spanish, lists agree with their name: "Vistos" or "Vistas", guessed for you and one tap to fix.
 - Add your own extra field to a list, like Brand, Author or Where, or leave it out.
 - Adding a new place now asks one thing first: just the place, or the place and what you ordered. Your note about that lemonade stays with the lemonade.
 - A new icon: the notebook, closed with its rose elastic. It opens into the app every time you launch it.
