Looks like a ponzi scheme where you have to share contact details of details with them to activate the reward. Some clients have awesome offers (like win dinner for 4!) and others decide to offer smaller discounts. We do our best to get amazing offers for our users, but we can only ASK clients to be generous. I'm hoping you see an awesome offer sometime soon, which May make it worthwhile for you. Ended up deleting the app for good and didn’t get to redeem the discount at all. **Developer response:** Hi Obbamaa; We're sorry about your experience. We informed all partners to let guests know to tap the 'menu' icon to get to rewards quickly - that annoying 'spinning circle' was a frequent annoyance - especially when cell signals weren't strong. I'm happy to say the updated app is coming soon, which will have an 'instant reward entry' with No annoying spinning circle. We hope you'll give us a second chance when that releases in September! ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-12-02* After I installed the app and shared my phone number, the next day I got spams in my messages and it hasn’t stopped since. **Developer response:** Hi Syappi; We're very sorry to hear about this, but would like you to know that we never, ever share user information with anybody, ever. Where some tech companies make money from user data, we absolutely do not. So we're sad to hear about your experience, though have to believe it was coincidence. I assure you most sincerely it was not, and never would be us. ### 1/5 — YOU WILL GET SPAM TEXTS *2021-11-09* Fave me sells your phone number and you get spam texts all the time. I noticed I started getting spam texts only after I gave my phone number to faveme **Developer response:** Hi Chanicki; I'm so sorry to hear about your experience, but I would really like you to know that we Never, Ever share Any customer data with Anyone else, ever. We don't earn money from user data. Our restaurant clients are our sole source of income, and we would never consider doing anything as rotten as you experienced. Never had issues with using claimed rewards. I was even lucky enough to win one of their promotions which was awesome! Not only does it offer enticing rewards and discounts at some of my all-time favorite restaurants, but it has also introduced me to a number of hidden gems that I may not have discovered otherwise. The app also hosts exciting giveaways and I was lucky enough to win a meal for 4 at a great restaurant!
