Having an issue with selecting items from a retailer and can’t reach anyone for help.  Pretty frustrating. Then when you do, they just close chat on you with no resolution.  Terrible over priced service

The app told me my order was received while in reality i had to wait over an hour for the app to realize my order did not go through.

I had an item that they got the wrong item. They offered me a refund and I told them no I wanted the item actually delivered. It was kind of the center part of what I ordered. They offered a deliberate, but I was gonna have to pay half the service fee and Tip.  So they wanted me to spend more money to get the order right instead of getting the order right in the first place

Perks that they claim are available for paying for subscription can’t be used and when you try to claim them with support they inform you you can use it next month? Doesn’t make sense. I only use this for heb but I will be going directly to heb now. Cancelling this subscription. Not worth the price. Terrible customer service.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.  I signed up with Favor to have groceries delivered from HEB. Used them once, it was great.  A couple of days later, wanted to use Favor again and I did not have my phone so I downloaded the app in my husband’s phone and logged in.  Next thing I know I get a message saying my Favor account was disabled for security reasons.  Could not order. Got home and tried to use Favor on my phone, account disabled.    I emailed Favor customer service asking what the problem was and all they could tell me was that I was disabled for security reasons and my account would not be reactivated. That’s it.  No real person to talk to. No valid explanation. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We tried to then set a new Favor account on my husband’s with his own login. Same thing….cant open account for security reasons. Is my house address blacklisted or what?? I literally just need groceries delivered for my disabled husband and HEB only uses Favor Delivery.
