Until the developer suddenly ceased operation of the app. It was good and highly reliable. I hope they bring it back. They should have notified users before they terminated functionality.  

Nonfunctional without notice or refund. Support not available. Update not available. App won’t even open. Cannot access app, receipts or $.

I sent three faxes to my healthcare provider and none of them went through. Not sure where my medical info is now, and this set me back a few weeks for a time sensitive issue. I would give negative stars if I could. I paid $20 to send fake faxes.
