This is an inconvenience because then I have to reach out to different individuals and have them personally fax my doctors the documents needed; the same documents I have in my possession after a hassle getting them. I first thought this was a one time occurrence, but now multiple doctors from different facilities say they didn’t receive anything after a week of faxing it. ### 1/5 — App Shares Private Apple Account Info, with all fax recipients *2026-04-15, version 4.6* I was shocked to find out my private Apple account information, including my personal email and phone number, was shared with FAX recipients without my knowledge, and without any kind of notification from the app or inclusion on the Fax receipt. The information is not included, requested or referenced in the Fax preparation tasks and questions, and you are not notified that all your information will be shared. When I contacted support, they first stated it was only for “app use”, but when I asked why my private contact info (which they automatically inserted into the sent fax without any indication showing on the user interface) was added to the “Sender information”, when it was already listed in “app specific” sections of the settings, there was no reply. ### 1/5 — No transfer of credits *2025-11-16, version 4.6* My iPhone was hacked and they refused to allow me to transfer MANY credits from my old account to my new one. ### 1/5 — Wrong *2025-07-23, version 4.6* Made me purchase a cover page , then it didn’t even put it as the first page making it very confusing for the recipient and I had to send it again !!! ### 1/5 — 20 Minutes, Still Waiting *2025-06-28, version 4.6* TRASH. The fax service is very good but that is very unprofessional to just stop speaking with someone just because you don't want to give a refund👎!!! ### 1/5 — Check the cost for a fax before you buy credit!!! *2024-05-29, version 4.5* I went to fax 29 pages to the Dr so bought the 50cr pack first thinking it’s one credit per page and $0.05 per page was reasonable. This came to 10cr per page for a total of 260cr so it would have run $0.45 per page which is outrageous. Needless to say my wife drove the 45 miles to the Dr’s office for less than the cost to fax it. ### 1/5 — It doesn't work *2024-01-23, version 4.5* Their fax worked initially but then I sent the same fax twice but it never reached the destination despite confirmation from their app. It's a waste of money ### 1/5 — Charge for non delivery *2024-01-17, version 4.5* When I copied and pasted a fax number the copy and paste part didn’t read one digit correctly and used an 8 for a 6 and so it wasn’t a legit fax number and couldn’t deliver it. So I figured it out and resent fax with the correct number and it did deliver but still charged me a second time. So I was charged for first attempt that it could not deliver and agin for the fax that it did deliver. ### 1/5 — Does not work for me *2020-02-07, version 3.21* Two times I have tried to use this app, and purchased credits...each time it tells me the fax number is not a fax number, even though it is....it charges your credits even if it does not work and does not give you the chance to re-input the number.
