Received confirmation from the app it sent and delivered; however, the recipient never actually received it. The next day, I called again (in case there was a delay or error on their end)- nope. They had no issues all day, but never received my fax. Contacted “support” and went in circles with their ai responses (that only blamed it on the recipient). When it finally offered a live person, it said it would be a 15min wait time. Very deceptive all around, and disappointing.
