The reason was that “the call dropped”. I double and triple checked the number I was sending my fax to and it was correct. Update: I notice the removal of the word ‘FREE’ from the ad. Good job. I don’t need that but got charged. My request for a credit was ignored. Received a response (3 weeks later) requesting I provide email/phone to investigate but they failed to give me any way to contact them. ### 1/5 — Where is the price? *2026-04-11, version 1.1.20* This app is not free to use, which is not an issue. They need to make a profit. What is not right is no where you can easily see how much you have to pay. I was charged for a one time use $1.08. And there is I think a fee of $5 a month which I only saw after I sent my 1st fax. This is not right. Price should be presented upfront. Not hidden.
