I attempted to send out my fax but I received an error message. An option appears stating “see why” but when I click it it just takes me back to the location where I can reattempt to send my fax. It then gives me the option to apply a cover letter which did not happen the first time around. I fill out the cover letter, attach the fax in which I want to send and it’s telling me that both will be for free and anything after that will be an additional charge. When I submit send, it is asking to apply credits in order to send off my fax.
