Not sure why it would take so long to send a fax via internet but a faster speed would have been very helpful for something needing faxed on a deadline. Trying it out for a week for a temporary need. You have to go to ridiculous lengths to try to cancel and the app itself provides no step by step instructions on how to turn off auto renew. You would have to get Apple involved to try to find the method to avoid auto renewal. If you click on "support," it does not work leaving you without any recourse. ### 1/5 — Scamy product *2024-02-20, version 2.5* This product/app used to be pretty good. They got greedy or something and it is now practically useless. It forces you to select photo images taken of documents which makes them large in size, then it limits you to 19mb max fax size so you can’t even send a 7 page fax. But you don’t know this until you have paid them. Such a scam.
