I paid for fax, entered information. Before sending I need to navigate away from the app to double check the phone number. When I ca back to this app, it requested payment again. There was no response from the app when I clicked send button so I payee again. The second time it said sending. Progress bar got to had way point then never moved even after waiting 10 minutes for a two page document. Beware. Attempted again around 3:45 and waited 10 minutes with no send. I had to fax another document to a separate number so I decided to try that thinking that maybe the first phone line was too busy. Again a complete fail. Finally, I downloaded EasyFax which sent both faxes within 5 minutes. Although I don’t specifically care for the functionality of EasyFax, at least it works. I’d like a refund. I will be happy to upgrade my review when I get a refund.
